/warn <user> <reason> [private-notes] [silent]

user | The user to warn. |
reason | The reason to log and send to the user. |
private-notes | A private reason to log (not sent to the user). |
silent | If true, the user will not be notified of their warn (this is useful for logging warnings that were communicated through other means). |
